EDISON DELISTING
MILANO, 25 maggio (Reuters) - L'Opa promossa da Edf , attraverso Transalpina di Energia, sulle minoranze di Edison - a seguito del controllo dell'80,7% del capitale frutto dell'intesa con Delmi, al prezzo di 0,89 euro per azione - è finalizzata unicamente a un obbligo legale sorto a seguito del cambio di controllo in capo all'emittente e non anche alla revoca delle azioni dal mercato.
E' quanto precisa un comunicato di Transalpina di Energia, holding, da ieri controllata al 100% da Edf, che detiene il 61,3% del capitale di Foro Buonaparte. Edf detiene inoltre un altro 19,359% del capitale di Edison direttamente.
L'offerente si riserva tuttavia il diritto di rinunciare a ripristinare un flottante sufficiente ad assicurare il regolare andamento delle negoziazione, qualora venisse a detenere una partecipazione complessiva superiore al 91% del capitale sociale di Edison.
Il controvalore massimo complessivo dell'offerta, calcolato in caso di adesione totale all'offerta sulla base del numero di azioni oggetto della stessa, è pari a 892,7 milioni.
Infine, non è intenzione dell'offerente procedere nei dodici mesi successivi all'inizio del periodo di adesione, ad alcuna fusione dell'emittente (Edison) nell'offerente (TdE).

INVESTING LIKE WARREN BUFFETT
An Entry from manual , you probably read a lot about Berkshire Hathaway
I just want to add that I like it because it invests 9in stocks of companies
with a course business and whose job is making money , such as Coca Cola
Gilette, Conoco,Walt Disney etc..
My own personal trading system gives me a signal input from manual
as a matter of fact the 18 EMA again above the 40 EMA and prices have dropped from
the first time under the 18 EMA , generating a buy signal stop loss just below
the moving average at 40 ...so expect the closing of the NYSE

di mio voglio solo aggiungere chemi piace perché investe in azioni di società con un business certo e il cui mestiere e fare soldi
come Coca Cola, Gillette, Conoco, Wal Disney etc..
il mio personale trading system mi da un segnale di ingresso da manuale
infatti la EMA a 18 gg ha superato nuovamente la EMA a 40 e i prezzi
sono scesi per la prima volta sotto la EMA 18 generando un segnale di buy
stop loss appena sotto la media a 40 ...quindi aspettiamo la chiusura del NYSE
