or  hidden  fees ,  unfortunately you have  to  be  an  american  citizen to  open  an  account
on Scottrade's site I   couldn't find any  European available account

E*TRADE(ETrade) offers $ 9,99 a  trade and  operates  on OTCCB  market as  well
it is  a  quite  cheap online  broker mainly for  active  trading, lots of investment items
such  as funds, options, futures , Forex

TRADEKING (tradeking) is most like Zecco in fact is  going  to merge  with it
offers $ 4,95  a   flat  rate but there is  an  extra  fee for inactive  trade account

FIDELITY (  fidelity ) offers $7,95 a  trade no annual maintenance fee , no minimum account
Fidelity  offers a  lot more research capabilities ideal  for serious  investor with a  higher  net  worth
